Position Overview


ACE is hiring a Digital Content & Marketing Manager to lead social media engagement and digital storytelling efforts. This role supports the organization’s national marketing strategy through creative content, audience engagement, and digital outreach.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, digital marketing strategy, SEO, and video storytelling. You will help grow ACE’s online visibility while strengthening engagement across platforms.

This position is fully remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities


Create and Manage Social Media Content

You will develop engaging content for platforms including:

  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing captions and posts
  • Creating short-form videos
  • Editing visual content
  • Scheduling content
  • Managing publishing calendars

Develop Video Content

Video content plays a major role in this position.
You will:

You will work with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure brand consistency.

Collaborate Across Teams

You will work with multiple ACE divisions to collect stories, testimonials, and project updates.

  • Supporting collaborative projects

Required Qualifications


Candidates should have:

  • A BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Non-Profit Management, or a related field
  • At least three years of communications or marketing experience
  • At least two years of social media experience
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Premiere
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Candidates should also be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
