Teramind is looking for a Director of Content & Creative Strategy to guide how the brand communicates across digital, editorial, visual, and social channels. This role shapes the entire storytelling engine of the organization. It blends leadership, direction, and creative excellence with clear execution.

As Director, you’ll work across content, design, editorial, social, and digital segments. Key Responsibilities


Supplier and Agency Leadership

You will manage a large network of external partners. These include content studios, writers, editors, designers, animators, and video producers. Your responsibility is to source, brief, evaluate, and help them succeed.

You will also:

  • Build and maintain a strong roster of content and creative suppliers.
  • Own the full briefing process from concept to delivery.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, simple briefs.
  • Set quality standards and review systems for all creative output.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure consistency.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines with a commercial mindset.
  • Keep a list of approved partners across content, design, social, and digital functions.

Your role includes protecting quality while improving speed and cost-efficiency. You will help suppliers stay aligned with the brand and deliver work that drives results.

Narrative and Editorial Direction

You will own the brand’s written voice and how messaging appears across every channel.

This includes:

  • Leading the editorial voice for campaigns, customer stories, and digital content.
  • Guiding long-form articles, blogs, executive pieces, and strategic narratives.
  • Ensuring every partner stays aligned with the brand tone.
  • Breaking down complex cybersecurity concepts into simple, clear messaging.
  • Making content accessible to buyers, customers, and media.

Your work ensures the brand sounds consistent and compelling, no matter who creates the content.

Creative Direction and Brand Management

You will lead all creative standards and ensure visual identity is aligned everywhere.

You will oversee:

  • Brand guidelines
  • Design systems

  • Web and social creative

You’ll direct studios and creative partners to deliver high-quality visuals. Your guidance will help teams express the brand intentionally, with clarity and cohesion across every campaign.

Digital Strategy and Performance Oversight

You will:

  • Own analytics and performance frameworks.
  • Ensure content partners work with data-driven standards.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, email optimization, and segmentation.
  • Direct teams on platform requirements and digital performance.
  • Work closely with demand generation to support pipeline growth.

Your decisions will help shape how content performs and how digital experiences improve over time.

Content Planning and Calendar Ownership

You will manage the full content calendar across social, email, web, and editorial channels.

This includes:

  • Planning campaigns
  • Assigning work to suppliers
  • Managing workloads and deadlines
  • Supporting product and campaign launches
  • Coordinating messages across channels

You will also develop influencer and amplification strategies. This helps extend the brand’s reach and improve visibility.

Owned-to-Earned Media Partnership

You will partner closely with the communications team. Together, you will align owned content with earned media strategies.

You will direct suppliers to create narrative assets like:

  • Messaging frameworks
  • Thought leadership pieces
  • Story angles
  • Media-ready content

This ensures PR efforts land with strength and consistency.

What You Bring


The ideal candidate has a strong record of leading content and creative operations. This requires experience working with external agencies and producing high-quality brand storytelling.

Required experience:

  • 10+ years in content strategy, editorial leadership, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong ability to manage agencies and freelancers.
  • Deep understanding of editorial, design, video, social, SEO, and email.
  • Proven success in briefing and directing creative partners.
  • Experience working with budgets, contracts, and supplier rosters.
  • Ability to translate technical or cybersecurity concepts into clear briefs.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools such as project management platforms, DAM systems, email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
