Join our Search & AI Visibility team as a Senior SEO & AI Content Strategist. You will ensure Superside dominates traditional search and emerging AI platforms.

Your Core Mission
Your primary goal is clear. Increase how Superside is found, understood, and ranked. You will optimize our content for both Google and AI engines like ChatGPT. Build systems that scale. Turn insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
1. Master Content Optimization & Strategy
- Audit and enhance existing website and blog content for peak SEO and AI performance.
- Integrate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (GenAI Engine Optimization) principles.
- Improve on-page SEO factors: metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Develop content briefs that win in both human and AI search landscapes.
2. Build & Scale AI-Powered Workflows
- Design and implement AI-assisted content operations and automation systems.
- Create efficient workflows for research, optimization, and content production.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to improve team productivity and output quality.
3. Analyze, Experiment & Lead
- Monitor Superside’s visibility across LLMs and traditional search engines.
- Run experiments on AI search trends and synthesize data-driven insights.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to shape our long-term search strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing specialists.
Requirements for Success
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record.
You must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years in SEO content strategy, optimization, or operations.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or a design/creative industry.
- A strong systems mindset to build scalable, efficient processes.
- Deep expertise in SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools and an understanding of how LLMs work.
- An analytical, growth-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

Salary Insights & Application
$85,000 – $130,000 USD per year
