Our organic growth is skyrocketing. We now need a strategic Growth Content Marketing Lead. This person will power our inbound marketing and SEO strategy. You will turn complex security topics into compelling content. Your work will directly generate leads and revenue.

Your Mission: Own Our Organic Growth Story


You will lead our content engine. Your goal is simple: attract and convert our target audience. You will create resources for CISOs, IT admins, and security teams. You will manage the entire content lifecycle—from strategy to publication.

Your content will educate the market on critical trends. These include passwordless authentication, Zero Trust (ZTNA), and PKI modernization. You will establish SecureW2 as the industry’s authoritative voice.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do


1. Lead SEO & Organic Web Growth

  • Develop and execute our complete SEO strategy.
  • Perform keyword and topic research to find high-intent opportunities.
  • Create audience-first content that solves real customer pain points.
  • Produce long-form guides, refresh existing content, and optimize for AI search.
  • Build topic clusters and implement strong internal linking.
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track and improve performance.

2. Empower Sales with Outbound Content

  • Create sales enablement assets like case studies, one-pagers, and whitepapers.
  • Align content with outbound campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Support BDRs and AEs with messaging that boosts meeting bookings.
  • Develop personalized content for retargeting and deal progression.

3. Support High-Converting Campaigns

  • Write persuasive ad copy for Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Design landing page content that converts visitors into leads.
  • Build effective email nurture flows for different buyer stages.
  • Test messaging variations to optimize click-through and conversion rates.

4. Streamline Content Operations

  • Own the editorial calendar and manage publishing cadence.
  • Design smooth workflows for research, writing, editing, and publishing.
  • Uphold strict editorial guidelines for brand voice and accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) responsibly to scale content creation.
  • Ensure all content is factually correct and aligns with cybersecurity best practices.

Do You Have the Right Experience?


We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • 3–7 years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience. Cybersecurity, cloud, or networking industry knowledge is a huge plus.
  • A proven portfolio of technical writing and editing.
  • Deep SEO expertise and a track record of growing organic traffic.
  • Skill in creating sales enablement materials for enterprise audiences.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data from dashboards and tools.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and an understanding of their responsible use.

Familiarity with these tools is ideal:

  • Analytics & SEO: GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio
  • Sales & CRM: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6Sense
  • Operations: WordPress, Asana, Monday.com, Zapier

Salary Range


 $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Final compensation will be based on your relevant experience, skills, and geographic location, and is part of a comprehensive total rewards package.
