What You Will Do
Your work supports teams across the company and helps them stay organized and focused. Below are the main responsibilities.
1. Define Scope and Plan Timelines
You will work with stakeholders to define what needs to be done, how long it will take, and what resources are needed. A clear scope prevents delays and sets up each project for success.
2. Maintain Schedules and Project Documents
You will manage project plans, schedules, and updates. These materials help teams follow the right steps and keep attention on the tasks that matter most.
3. Lead Meetings and Track Action Items
You will run effective project meetings where action items are captured and follow-ups are documented. This keeps everyone aligned and reduces confusion.
4. Prepare Weekly Reports
Your weekly reports will show progress, risks, value delivery, and how resources are being used. These updates help leadership make faster and better decisions.
5. Build Strong Working Relationships
You will work with many different groups, so relationship-building is part of the role. Trust and steady communication make collaboration smoother.
6. Identify and Communicate Risks

7. Support Quarterly Planning

or - 5 years of equivalent experience
