  1. Strategic Prospecting You are a detective. You will use tools like 6Sense and ZoomInfo. You must find the right people. Do not just look for names. Look for pain points. You need data to tailor your message.
  2. Multi-Channel Engagement You will contact prospects via phone, email, and social media. You must understand their needs. Is Ordr a good fit for them? You must be comfortable picking up the phone.
  3. Product Expertise To sell it, you must understand it. You will learn about Ordr’s product. You must explain technical concepts simply. Show them how we help with risk and efficiency.
  4. Qualification and Hand-off: Your job is to find the best leads. Check their needs, budget, and authority. Once you qualify a lead, schedule a meeting. You ensure a smooth handoff to the Sales Director.
  5. CRM Management Data is king. You must keep Salesforce accurate. Every detail matters. Good data helps us learn what works.
